SAMSUNG GALAXY S9 WATCH NOT RECEIVED

Good Day Having supported MTN since it's inception (about 23 -25 years ago), I usually am proud of MTN however this time I can't say so. I am a business client with various contract and prepaid MTN phones. I recently upgraded my wife and my phone around May/June. I was told that she would receive a Samsung watch as per the offer.

I kept enquiring with no response and was eventually told that it was despatched and delivery not accepted so Courier IT sent it back to Johannesburg. Due to the once off delivery service clause the watch would now be forfeited.

How many other clients lost out in this way? It seems like a ****. I receive international and local couriers here all the time and have never had items returned to sender on any occasion. Especially strange is the fact that nobody from Courier It contacted or attempted to contact my wife or myself. I have searched entire call history .

Please look into this MTN and Samsung.
