Samsung Galaxy S6 free screen replacement ****

I handed in my Samsung Galaxy S6 end of August 2016, for a screen replacement, the consultant at the MTN shop in the Middelburg Mall told me that my handset will be repaired i n3 to 4 weeks. after contacting the repair centre today the 20th of Sep 2016 the consultant at the repair centre told me that they will repair it for R5000! when I took out the contract the consultant informed me that I receive 2 free screen replacements for the time of the contract. I havent had 1 claim for for a broken screen on the handset and now I have to Pay! Also MTN havent gotten back to me on one of the complaints that I logged with hello peter.

When I took out the contract the consultant asked me if I wanted insurance on the handset with which the consultant also added that I have two free screen replacement for 24 months. Due to the information received I did not take out insurance and MTN's repair department now want to charge me R5000 for the repair reason being they are saying that I only had 2 free screen replacements for 12 months . I have numerous voice notes that I recorded at the store where the consultants still confirm that I have 24 months on the screen replacemens and not 12 as stated by the repair department. If I was informed correctly I would have taken insurance from the start. I urge mtn to resolve this issue as I previously stated I have proof of mtn's incompetence
