Samsung galaxy S20 pre-registration

I pre-registered for the samsung galaxy s20 on the 17th of february 2020 through mtn south africa. I recieved an email stating " Congrats! You're one of the first to pre-register for the new Samsung Galaxy S20! Your reference number is 346418" " One of our agents will be in touch after the 26th of February to process your order". I have since to this day not recieved any further communication from anyone regarding my registration. I had done the registration in order to recieve the galaxy buds+ with the phone when i upgrade my cellphone contract, but unfortunately since its after the 12th of march where they said we had until to recieve the galaxy buds+ i will not be recieving them. This is unacceptable and honestly poor service from mtn. I have been a loyal customer for almost 10 years now and this is the kind of service i recieve. If nothing is sorted out then im sorry to have to say this, i will not reccomend mtn to anyone again as i feel that they have not kept to their promise.
