Samsung Galaxy Neo Plus+Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite
In their February Edition 2016 yello deals, MTN advertised a Samsung Galaxy Neo Plus+Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite special but I have been going to the MTN Carlton Centre, Ghandi Square, as well as Fox and Loveday Street branches in Johannesburg every day from 25 January and told that I can not do an upgrade on my contract since they do not have the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite in stock. <br> <br> Though my contact details were taken by the people at the said branches and I was promised to be contacted soon as stock is available, I find it very strange that MTN advertises something they are unable to deliver. Is this the kind of service we should expect from MTN from now on wards? To make matters worse, I have never received any phone call updating me on whats going on. I am the one who has to go and ask for myself.<br>
