Samsung and mtn bad service

I bought Samsung phone the phone refused the password that I have been using for a long time it was permanently blocked by Samsung i went to mtn secunda mall where i bought the phone they couldn't assist, Samsung agent by the name of Busisiwe told me to go to Nelspruit which cost R600 return from secunda. The guy who works at mtn told me to go to Pakistan for it to be unlocked
