Samsung accesories Voucher Mtn!

Samsung accessories voucher R2000, I've upgraded my contract to Samsung S24 plus and a watch, mtn was running a Samsung voucher of which till today I have not received. I was told the stock is stuck at Durban hub and once the stock arrives I'll be contacted. No communication whatsoever I called 3 times and went to the store, still no stock. Today I'm told "it is finished" and I was informed and I wasn't not. What's going on?
