Samsun A24

I went to Mtn Baywest mall(lower) Gqeberha for a contract phone Samsung A24. We where asked to choose between green and black my son chose green. All to find out green is out of stock. We asked if we can cancel and take black and we still waiting since the 23 December 2023. This was suppose to be my son's Xmas present and he must go back to school Monday 8th January 2024. It's been over 20yrs since I've been using MTN I feel like terminating every contract I have with you. Still no response to when we will get my son's phone😠😠😠😠
