same problems
I'm really sick and tired of complaining to mtn about the same thing. I reported an issue ON hello peter less than 2 months ago about how our phones keep getting suspended randomly. It had happened 3 times before. And there are 3 phones under the contract so all 3 phones get suspended untill we mision to call and report. And we just get told 'sorry, its technical. It should be fixed anytime within 24hrs'. The same thing happened this morning? How does the same ridiculous stupid and unnecessary problem KEEP happening on the same freakin account? Last time I reported this on Hello peter I was told it would be fixed. Yet here I am again, wasting my time complaining to a company that does NOT fix a consistent issue! Im beyond annoyed. Another apology will be the most useless response

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused and for the breakdown in service experienced.
We've perused the account and see that your subscription fees on all 3 lines were exceeding the total credit limit of R1136.03. Our system was barring the lines automatically as a security measure.
We have however ensured that this will not happen going forward and we've increased the credit limit to R1500.00 total so that your monthly subscription fee does not trigger your credit limit barring security measures.
Once again we do apologize for the breakdown in service experienced.
