Sales there to chase current clients away
<p>I was called by a sales agent at 16:10 offering a new mtn product. After I heard Justin Naidoo out I agreed and he started confirming my info. He then asked for my bank account number which I will not provide over the phone to a private number. He kept nagging at me and I insisted on not giving it. He then said "This call has taken 20mins, what you have done to me shall also be done to you". He was referring to me also working at a contact centre. If this gentleman really works for mtn I would expect an apology as he then dropped the call.</p>
