Sales Manager tops!
I would like to thank Leachima, the store manager in Grahamstown, for her exceptional service and very prompt Upgrade for my contract. Despite all the ups and downs from the Mtn Direct department, with no answer from them yet... She managed to over rule everything and finally did my upgrade...
You're truly an asset to Mtn, without you, I would have still been stuck with no upgrade.
I appreciate your efforts and the extra mile you always walk with me as a client.
