Sales Direct Upgrade
<p>I have upgraded - tried to upgrade - through MTN Sales Direct but what a disaster!!!! My phone was promised yesterday, but I still dont have my phone and now when I try to find out what is happening, nobody can give me a straight answer just keep on transfering me from one person to another. AND RUDE!!! Will not ever upgrade again!!!! Just sad, I have been with MTN now for 17 years</p>
