Agent assured me that the sim she's selling me would be on my old number which was coming to an end. I specifically told her I don't have a device for an extra sim and I don't want to lose the old number.

I'm told this was done on purpose by them because they wanted to make a sale

I'm going to find out on Monday if this can be resolved otherwise I'm going to want a cancelation including taking legal action against them

This is unacceptable
