sales consultant is a ****

my sim card was delivered today but I'm experiencing the worst service ever! I took out a data sim online and the following day i got a call from a sales consultant whos apparently not a MTN employee his a third party from Mondo I think. I wanted the 50gbs black Friday deal that comes with a router and he said i don't qualify and that i qualify for the 60gbs 20 anytime, 20 night express and another 20 gbs for music ect which i didn't understand how come i don't qualify as the price is the same. I asked him if i can rather use the 40 gbs anytime instead of it being split and he agreed so i agreed to the contract now when i contact MTN i'm being told i cannot amend the package its only 20 gbs anytime not 40 so basically i was sold a lie, I'm so annoyed as I'm a new customer, i don't want this package! If you need to pull out the sales call so be it.
