Sales consultant *****

App**** for 2 line contract last year and the sale and the application was never finalised then this year on the 10th of April , a consultant made a *****ulent sale with my details without calling me. I've been calling and trying to get assistance but nothing is happening. The call centre stuff is not helping. They keep on transferring me from one point to another. I went to the store I also didn't get help . Now I've received statements that my account will be debit month end.
