sales and delivery failure

I called MTN on the 31st August and requested for a new contract. spoke to Nelly and she advised she will call me in 24 hours after after i've sent my ID copy which i sent on the 31 August. i did not receive any call from her and phoned MTN on the 3rd Sept and was advised the contact was approved but no one requested delivery they'll email Nelly to call me back and to date i have not received any call. Please advise if this is continuing or cancel the application i'll get it with another supplier
