Sad unhelped customer

I now know why VODACOM is the best cellular company EVER and should stick with them. I took out two cell contracts for my twins R199 X2 = R400, and when I was contacted by MNT to upgrade on data package the offer was acceptable and I took it(terrible mistake) they was going to deliver a tablet in October following week, I have received nothing till today. My total payment was going to be R695, 30/09/2018 they deducted R837, 1/11/2018 they deducted R3043, 1/12/2018 they deducted R3095. After the first deduction I phoned customer care from my child MTN cell dialing 135 and was promised it was noted and will not happen which did happen. I have 5 Ref numbers for all communication and emails with no feedback or correction to my side. Its not whos right but WHAT is right MTN do what you are supposed to do.
