S7 Edge overheated and caught fire

I am so so upset with MTN it is disgusting!!! My Samsung S7 was on charge when it overheated and caught fire, we took it in to MTN in meyerton waited 6 weeks when I phoned them to find out what the problem is I was informed the phone was back (yes they didn't even phone me to tell me the phone was there) but is out of warranty and will not be replaced or repaired which is absolute nonsense as the phone has a 2 year warranty then they said the phone was repaired previously by a 3rd party which is also nonsense as the phone was never repaired before. This is a manufacturing fault but they refuse to replace and make up lies to cover their own asses. These phones do have a problem and have been recalled all over the world except in SA why I wonder is it OK if we blow up. This is a known fact that there's a huge manufacturer problem but still they have the audacity to make excuses and **** stories. Disgusting!!!
