Went to greenstone MTN took a month to month internet deal modem plus 200gb, the store made us pay R150.00 for sim plus R578.09 pro rata for current month plus subscription for following month. The service was not working well and the deal was cancelled within 14 days. Mails sent to head office with all the info for a refund including POP slips from store plus bank statement. head office has still not processed a refund & says I must go get new print out from store even tho its all clear. MTN ARE *****S WHO RUN FROM THEIR REFUND RESPONSIBILITIES.
