I got an upgrade in August last year

I was informed that there are no penalties on the upgrade, upon getting the upgrade in payment was R 409.00 as agreed. Problems started in October the increased the payment due and when I saw I called 135 for assistance and I was told that the is an error the problem continued, today I went into MTN WHERE I WAS TOLD THE DEBIT ORDERS ARE NOT RIGHT. I can't get hold of customers care as their numbers 135 and 136 don't work.

They have been robbing me since Oct and no one know why or what is happening from mtn side
