I called MTN on the 26 October to cancel my and the agent said it's cancelled but I must call again after 26 November, I then call today and the agent called Baballo said the contract was never cancelled and they going to charge me again for next month cause it takes a month to cancel but last month they said the same thing can this ****s take back their minutes and data I don't want it and they must cancel my contract 😭😭😭 I am not doing this with MTN ... They must take back their airtime and data...Ref: *** , please teach your agent to be professional and not sound tired on the phone.
