****s! ****s! Poor Customer Service!

In 2021 I decided to take out a double deal cellphone contract. They delivered the wrong phone and not what I requested. I returned the sealed phone to MTN menlyn. I immediately asked them to cancel the contract. They delayed the cancelation and now they have listed me as a bad payer. I don't owe them. I never used the phone, they did not deliver the correct item!!!!!! You are ****s.

Don't take out any cellphone contract deals with these ****S!!!!!!!!
