********s active in MTN store Riverside Mall Nelspruit

I have never experienced such chaotic incompetence. I had a monthly internet plan that I received from the store in Riverside Mall in Nelspruit. After several sucessfull months the router stopped working, I still paid it and was told it wasnt the router but my reception.. I knew it wasnt reception and asked to cancel and to upgrade with a new faster plan and a 5g router. This new router worked like a dream. I gave back the first router apon cancellation. After paying both acounts for several months I started various inquiries about the cancellation of the first plan. Only to be swamped with bearocracy and excuses. The debit orders was merched so I could not stop paying the cancelled one without both being cut off. After sevral visists to the store in Riverside Mall I was made aware that my package was never upgraded only duplicated. I also became aware with the MTN app that someone was using the supposidly cancelled router and simcard that I have returned. Hence the delay in cancellation. This is not the incompetence I first thought but pure common theft and *****. Pure employee theft from a sopposedly reputable company. ********s working at the MTN Nelspruit Riverside Mall store. I will be opening up a ******** case with the SAP and also report this to Icasa.
