MTN you sold me a wireless router when I had no coverage in my area, you accepted my cancellation and the router was returned (I have emailed you the return slip). Why am I still being charged every month for a service I don't have. I have called multiple times,sent emails with proof multiple times.yet you still charge me. Some agents said there was coverage others said there wasn't.Train your agents please.but non the less I need a full refund and this contract to be cancelled before I escalate this matter further.
