RUUUUUUUUUUUN for the hills!

I regret the day I chose mtn to get a contract. My phone was cut and I amde the payment. The payment was acknowledged. However, 3 days later, my line is nit cnnecetd. I have been on hold for 3 hours this week and it appears that the call centre is non existent BUT I STILL GET MESSAGES FROM THEM THREATENING MY WITH LEGAL Action. I dont know what ******* is going on there but you cant be threatening people with legal action when you cant even pick up calls. Also, I have sent an email requesting cancellation of my contract. Received a response asking for my id number, pin etc a week ago. To date, no one has bothered responding. you clearly want to keep people at ransom while you make your money. What a ****ed up company.
