Ruthless MTN forcing customers to only call MTN numbers yet billing for other service numbers.
From Friday 20 July to date I can't access my cell phone service. Is MTN forcing clients to phone their numbers only? Then why debit contract accounts with agreements for minutes to other cell phone service providers? This is ruthless. Have they become above the law like most structures in this country?

23 Jul 2018, 10:01With due respect... don't have a unilateral response to the customer's concern.
Your company is aware I am paying for a service covering 350 minutes to any network. From Friday 20 July to date I am unable to access this service. I am phoning your call centre everyday. You still don't give a damn that you have blocked 681 such minutes on my account. It is on this basis I am adamant YOU ARE FORCING US TO CALL ONLY YOUR NUMBERS. I have urgent calls to other networks I can't make since Friday.

23 Jul 2018, 15:59Thanks for a sound response Itumeleng. I wish you could also teach your COLLEAGUE ISHIE that before sending an irrational response to a client, s/he must learn to read, interact with the post, reason, use the brain and not the heart to think.... then respond. Should s/he take this advice, s/he stands a better chance to keep his/her job. Thank you for your professional conduct Itumeleng.
Kind regards
