Running around like a headless chicken to get my router working while I paid. Poor service and unprofessional from MTN
The worst service I received from mtn contracts I phoned yesterday assisted by the lady named noma and she said my router was blocked bcos I had not paid for 2months and I asked her how come it has been working all this time when I didn't pay. Today I phone a guy named Esihle Baleni I'm not sure whether he gave me the right name he was probably in a rush to knock off and could not hold until I send proof of payment he said I should hang up he will call me and he never did. I paid for my router and I have to run around like a headless chicken for it to work. They say I didn't pay imagine

They don't care about their customers even their staff they lie to customers imagine telling me to hang up and that you will call me and you don't call me. Making me a fool when I urgently need to be assisted.
