Running after MTN

I was looking to apply for MTN month to month deal unlimited data for R249. Went to MTN Clearwater mall on the 30 June 2023 to apply for the contract only to be told they have a system issue and that I'll be called back the next day to apply. Went again on the 1 July to the store only to be told the system is still of line. I decide then to apply on online received a reference number ***4 and to my surprise no call back from a agent. I was not given up and then decided on the 8th July 2023 to apply at MTN Westgate mall the consultant was very helpful I even agreed to pay for all once of payment that was not mentioned in the adverti*****t on social media, only to be told again they having system issues and will call me back in 2 to 24 hours as they logged a ticket for me. Left disappointed again and no call back in 24 hours.

I'm horrified that such a huge organization can have so many system issues and not give any feedback to your future customer in this day and age. I'm tired of running after MTN. I'll stick with South Africa number one leading network provider even if I'm spending more on data every month.
