Run Around

I took a contract out for a Samsung S24 ultra through a business contract in September which comes with a free Samsung watch 7. I went to the MTN Northmead (Oakfields - Benoni) branch to take out the contract. I had to go into the branch to claim the watch as the process on their app was not working, I went to the initial consultant - Roscoe to assist. He advised the promo is closed on the app so he had to get Lucas the Samsung rep to assist him. After I followed up a few times he advised Lucas will sort it out. Eventually he gave me Lucas's number to contact him directly, Gert the branch manager called immeiately to advise they are just waiting for the watch to be delivered, this was the 31/10 @ 10:46. Today the 19/11 I called Lucas who advised the watch was delivered the very next day and the branch should have called me by now. After a conversation with Gert he advises no the watch should be delivered to my house, yet nobody ever requested address ect. I call Lucas back who says oh this is a promo matter and it follows awhole different process. Give me numbers for Samsung head office to call. Note, from the start I am the one who had to keeping calling the consultant and then calling the agent. This is not my job, I am a customer. It seems someone messed up here and I am now having to run around and solve this matter myself. Either way, i want my watch which comes with this business package. This matter needs to be resolved between the branch and Samsung.
