Rudness will not get you business

I received a call from *** a lady calling from MTN trying to get me to take a new 24 month contract when I told her that I am happy with what I have and do not want to accept her offer she very rudely put the phone down. I know that tellesales is not the easiest of jobs but basic manners do count. MTN needs to ensure that there staff meet a minimum standard or face the loss of a customer
