Rudest customer care agent i have spoken too

I had called customer care today to enquire about a home internet contract that i had taken up online. Phindile Kubeka answers and keeps repeating her herself sithout listening what my concern is she eas by far the Rudest customer care agent i have spoken too and she cuts the call while im talking. Please take note that when they want you to sign up they got very nice consultants calling you however once you need assistance they think they doing you a favour.
