Rude woman

At around 6:30pm on 11 of July I walked into mtn Cavendish square. I proceeded to front desk there was a guy in white top and 2 colured ladys I spoke the guy to tell him that mtn call centre said I can just go into any mtn store and theyll swop my number so he asks for my id or drivers then ask coloured lady she turns around to me tells me no you must have advidaved and sertfied copy from police . I told her I was not notified about then she proced to be rude to me teeling me she won't help me nothing. If this is mtn attitude now am starting to think may be ill look at going over to cell c.<br> I
