Rude unprofessional when canceling

I called MTN to say i want to cancel my contract, the retention person i spoke to was offering me different packages which i was not interested. She started speaking over me. I asked her if i can finish my setence then she just transferred me to another one without saying a word.

I'm grateful for assistance i got from SUE but the first person (if I'm not mistaken is Phakamile.. But you can verify the person i spoke yo before Sue) was very rude.
