Rude, Unprofessional, Definately not a Manager's title or anything close to that worth just looking at sloppy appearance, and the attitude tops the cherry on the cake.

A out of the box faliure device returned within 7 days supposed to be replaced on the spot is now 3 weeks and the very very rude yellow haired woman is now comming with a storie the phone is in for repairs. I want a brand new sealed device and the only one very friendly lady there who started helping me has her hands cut off with the one who likes too call herself a manager. Really pick any MTN but not the one at Klerksdorp Checkers because you'll very fast see how a simple upgrade can be turned into a nightmare of note.
