RUDE TEAM LEADER AND TWO WEEKS QUERY UNRESOLVED
I have been contacting MTN for the past 2 weeks regarding a legal query with my account. This week serves as the third week going to different branches talking to different consultants everyday and with no resolution.
I have just gotten off the phone with a team leader by the name of Kgomotso Mtshe who reports to Khaya Ndaba at the 808 contract centre who was very rude and quite frankly for a team leader not helpful or professional.

04 Jul 2018, 09:13Thank you for the response but they say my account is with the LEGAL DEPARTMENT and they cannot do anything about it.I missed one payment and recently paid the balance that was raised on the invoice I was sent.
I see that on your response you have mentioned ***** DEPARTMENT.
