Rude stsff and useless manager

I bought a phone cash fir R11 000 on the 18th October 2023. I haven't used it to this day because it was faulty. Azola Mzin***e & her Manager Vuvu treated me like trash when I talked to them, to the point that Vuvu left me on the phone . They are rude, disrespectful and unprofessional, to say the least. I regret ever spending my money in thst store.
