Rude staff southway mall

Mtn customer service is **** they dont take they customer's seriously, from the call center to the stores as for mtn southway store, the consultant shaista is rude I don't understand how they hire staff that is so unprofessional, she eats while customers are in front of her she is so disrespectful and unhelpful ,the new manager is just so useless the old manager was very helpful
