Rude staff calls

Was just contacted by MTN direct, who informed me I need to upgrade and that my package has been discontinued. I told them I want to rather think about it and what I want to upgrade to. He told me most packages has been discontinued and he can do upgrades for me. I told him I need time to think which device I want and need at the moment (he was very persistent to upgrade me immediately and seemed impatient, talking over me every chance he got). Person just hanged up on me when I protested the 3rd time. Friendliness: 1/10
