Rude Staff at MTN Westonaria

I was at the MTN Branch in Westonaria to pay my installment so the speed point was giving problems, So I said to the guy that was assisting me let me go to Capitec to fix my card and come back to pay. When I got back I didn't queue I waited on the side for the guy who was assisting me to continue were he left. All of a sudden one male consultant shouted at me Infront of other customers telling that I have to join the queue again while he saw me earlier when I was struggling with my card to process the payment then I told that guy that my lunch is almost over were by I almost spent an hour already waiting to be assisted because they were taking their own time helping other customers. Now I couldn't pay my installment which was due today. Worst thing is that the manager saw the whole situation but she didn't intervene as her staff attacked me.. All the staff didn't have name tags so I cannot say who's who.

I am honestly not happy with the way MTN Westonaria staff treat us customers. This is totally unacceptable.
