Rude staff
<p>Your staff are just plain rude.. Like parrots on steroids!! They are not interested in what the customer has to say.. They talk over you constantly, repeating themselves! I phoned to cancel one number out of 3 I have on contract and have a good mind to port the other 2 numbers as they are both due for upgrade!</p>
