Rude/Spiteful
After holding for 15 minutes, the call centre operator attended to my query. When I asked her to investigate why my account was abnormally high in just 1 week, she laughed. When I asked why she was laughing and not listening to me she redirected my call to a point where I could not get back to speak to her.<br> <br> Shoddy staff, shoddy attitude, poor network and service provider.
