Rude service everytime

I have never had a pleasant service from their so called "service champions" who is female. MTN female call center agents are the rudest people I have ever came across, much like this girl Nqobile Nzama who I was on a call with. I called looking for an explanation, was made to feel stupid and told a manager is not in coz it's late. As for me, this was the last time I call in, soon as my data is finished, I am moving away from this network.
