Rude sales consultant to "valued" existing client!

Sales consultant very rude. Called me to upsell on my existing contract mentioning that I'm a valued client since Ive been with you for 4+- years. I politely decline and said "no thank you, I appreciate it" which straight after the agent clicks her tongue and hangs up.

I work in customer service myself and that is not have you treat a "valued client". If someone politely declined you should tell your agents not to be so rude and hang up . Very unprofessional.
