Rude sales agent

Sales agent called me from MTN to thank me for staying with them and for paying on time. The agent then proceeds to explain how much I spend on data per month and pitches a data bundle deal. The deal sounds good and I would’ve opted in if it was month to month but she stated that it’s a 36month contract . The more I explained the by I do not want to bind myself to a contract any time soon the more she tried to convince me to take it . Don’t get me wrong , I know it’s their job to convince me to purchase products but she was quite literally arguing with me . She was so rude and her tone was so disrespectful. She was forceful and I declined politely. She ended the call while I was talking .
