Rude ,Pathetic MTN Stoneridge

I have laid a complaint a week ago , but no one seems to care. That was before , I waited 3 hours for my phone,after the sales person from Stoneridge MTN ,said that everything is sorted,but when got there at 10 am Tuesday 5March, had to hear that my phone had to be fetched from Thembi’s and only received it at13:45. Even when they spoke to the area manager, also doesn’t know customer service,said just give him discount and let him go. The most rude ,annoying ,pathetic service from store level to management
