Rude online staff

App**** online for an phone. After four days a consultant calls back. Does a credit check and tells me I can get a phone up to a value of R**** per month. The phone I want is just outside this limit. I tell the consultant that I'm not interested in another pho e and that I would rather go by the phone cash. The consultant then gets all rude demanding to know why I ammp**** for a contract in the first place. MTN I'm the customer, I decide what I want or don't want. Your rude and arrogant consultant cost you a client. I'm buying the phone cash and I will get a pay as you go SIM from another service provider.
