Rude MTN store agent

I would like to complain about a Kareece a representative of Mtn Gateway. She was rude uncooperative and displayed a total lack of empathy. I tried to assist an elderly wheelchair bound customer. She was unhelpful in that she made no attempt to assist less I came with a police affidavit, I believe there was much she could do like send an email , to her management, or even getting a temporary letter , we had the original ID, and made an in store copy. She could have made notes and sent an email. I have seen enthusiasm that other store agents show, her attitude was terrible. I believe she was needlessly rude, arrogant. Any person with even some courtesy would assist a person with disability.
