Rude MTN operator
Wanted to make a call and got a message 'your service has been suspended'. Phoned the call centre and was helped by the most unprofessional operator ever!! Did not ask how she can help but keep asking me questions although I have a pin. I have 5 contracts since 2013 with MTN, of which 3 are coming to an end.....good luck MTN if you think I am going to renew it. And by the way should there be a problem with my account a call or sms at least would be appreciated. Thumbs up to the rude operator that helped me you are a great ambassador to the MTN brand.

The debit order was requested, returned unpaid.
Second debit was requested for the amount of R2,788.00 this was sent to your bank and account balance is now R0.00 lines are now active on our side.
The system reflects on the 11-11-2019 a SMS was sent to *** to notify you of the unpaid debit order and for payment to be made.
On the 12-11-2019 the MTN pin was updated. If a client cannot remember the MTN Pin security questions will be asked in full to verified that you are the account holder.
