Rude MTN Online Customer Service Agent called me on Saturday - 23/08/2025 at about 11:16. She call using the number +27 (83) ***. She dropped the call on me whilst I was trying to explain to her that I cancelled the contract application I was trying to do on-line.

This called came after I cancelled my on-line application for a data contract.

I suggest MTN On-Line takes their agent for interpersonal skills training to enable her to interact with customers.
