Rude MTN consumer agent

MTN I think you need to teach your sales persons some respect. I just got off the phone with a lady who wanted to sell me extra data. I tried explaining to her that I don't need it, after the first time she didn't listen and carried on with the sale, and when I tried explaining to her that I'm not interested the 2nd time, she just terminated the call while I were talking. If this is the kind of service we get I'll be thinking twice before continuing my contract with you when I'm due for an upgrade in a few months. Very dissapointed.
