RUDE *********** PERSONNEL !!!!
My phone had a code error so it didn't pick up any provider, I went to MTN in the Grove, and the lady and gentleman who assist me told me that it was a Vodacom phone and that THEY will send the phone to technicians or head office. I didn't ask them to send the phone, and when they said they are going to send it, I asked what the fee will be? They told me i don't have to pay Anything as i still have guarantee on my Blackberry Z10, because it was the second phone i received as the first one was faulty. Now 2 months later, i get an sms telling me that i have to pay over R300 to get my phone back, because they didn't pick up that something was wrong !!! I didn't want to send my phone in, in the first place, now i need to pay to get the damn thing back ????? I cannot wait for my contract to end with MTN. And if anyone asks, i will NEVER suggest MTN to anybody, You are the worst provider I have ever had in my life. In future please get competent people to help a Customer, in the end we are the guys paying for their salaries ! NOT HAPPY AT ALL !!!!
